Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant, causing injury and there is also allegation of snatching money from him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation attributed against them and litigations are going on between the parties and earlier a case has been lodged against the petitioner by petitioners' side and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24214 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 thereafter one more case has been lodged by the informant's side. Further submission is that injuries are on the leg, which is not vital part of the body.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, surrender in the court below and on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
