Petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to consider their case for absorption on the post of class-IV in the light of the decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No.

5/5 8414 of 2010 which was affirmed by the Division Bench in LPA No. 1489 of 2011 and other cases including LPA No. 1047 of 2017 dated 23.1.2018.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 8414 of 2010 and LPA Nos. 1489 of 2011 and 1047 of 2017 and in case the respondents find the case of the petitioners similar to the case of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 8414 of 2011 and other cases indicated hereinabove, necessary decision granting similar benefit may be taken by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
