After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however seeks a direction upon the Certificate Officer to provide statement of accounts, whereafter the petitioner would file the objection which the petitioner seeks to be considered by the Certificate Officer. 2.

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Muzaffarpur to provide a copy of the statement of accounts/ requisition to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, for which the petitioner shall approach the Certificate Officer within a period of one week from today. Thereafter, the petitioner shall file the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6609 of 2018 dt.29-10-2018 2/2 objection within a period of six weeks and then the Certificate Officer shall decide the on-going certificate proceedings after considering the objection to be filed by the petitioner. The aforesaid time line shall be adhered to strictly and till the passing of the final order on the objection to be filed by the petitioner, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner, however in case, the objection is not filed by the petitioner within the specified time frame, as aforesaid, the Certificate Officer shall proceed ex-parte.
