Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that ignoring the guidelines issued by the State Election Authority as contained in letter no. 1486 dated 04.09.2024 (Annexure-P/1) as mentioned at paragraph no. 4(i) of the same, the polling booth is going to be fixed in another place without assigning any reason.

3. The District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to strictly adhere with the guidelines issued by the Bihar State Election Authority through letter no. 1486 dated 04.09.2024 while fixing the polling booth.
