The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No.133 of 2018 registered under Sections 452 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that co-accused Vidyanand Chauhan against whom the allegation is more serious than the petitioner has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12702 of 2019. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
