Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown and except the confessional statement there is no other material, even he was not put on TIP, charge sheet has been submitted and other co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that this petitioner has got a large number of criminal antecedents.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.24947 of 2018(4) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Ajeet Paswan @ Nath Paswan is directed to be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Narayanpur PS Case No.41 of 2017.
