(i). For quashing the order dated 01.09.2023 passed in Mutation Appeal No. 76 of 2021-22 by the Additional Collector, Ara.

(ii) For directing the respondents. Circle Officer to abide by the order passed by Hon'ble High Court, Patna in C.W.J.C. No.- 17553 of 2019.

(iii) For directing and commanding the respondents to suspend Mutation of MouzaKasab, Thana No.- 373, Khata No.- 965, Khesara No. 1758, Rakba- 03 decimal (13 decimal) till final outcome of Title Suit No. 862/2019.

(iv) For direction to measurement of land till final outcome of Title Suit No. 862/2019.

(vi) To what are the relief or reliefs for petitioner entitled may kindly be given.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to file a Revision petition before the concerned Authority against the impugned order dated 01.09.2023 passed by the Additional Collector, Ara in Mutation Appeal No. 76 of 202122.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

5. It is needless to say that the concerned Authority shall consider that on bonafide advice this writ petition was filed on behalf of the petitioner before this Court on 30.11.2024. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) khushbu/- U
