2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, the daughter of the informant has been assaulted and subsequently killed by the husband (petitioner) and his other family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner eight years ago and there was no whispering of demand of dowry. The deceased was

He further submits that the informant filed a Miscellaneous petition before the learned court below stating that his daughter have committed suicide by herself and no one killed her. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.10.2023 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2021.
