JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018 registered under Sections 216(k), 292, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian penal Code and 65, 66D, 67, 67A of the I.T.Act, 2000. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner deals in sale and repairing work of mobiles and there is recovery of one laptop of LENOVO company and four broken mobiles and two-three mobiles for repairing and there is no evidence that IMEI no. of the seized mobile was tampered by any software and similarly situated other co-accused person has been admitted to bail by this Court.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Deepak Kumar Singh, is

No.22490 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S.
