2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 325, 341, 324, 326, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9539 of 2022 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after a lapse of more than two years of the last order, till date trial has not been concluded. Petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the contentions made on behalf of the petitioner, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.- Barh, Patna in connection with Saksohra P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 440A/2021.
