JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 The petitioners, who are in custody since 25.09.2019 seek bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 188, 283, 353, 504, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners made an attempt to prevent the encroachment which was being removed under the orders of the Court. In the process, three constables are said to have been injured. The specific accusation has

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though petitioners have been named in the F.I.R but there is no specific accusation against them. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedents. For the aforestated facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019.
