The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No.367 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no.1 is the father and petitioner no.4 is mother of main accused Akhilesh Kumar Singh, petitioner no.2 is daughter of petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.3 is wife of Akhilesh Kumar Singh and the allegation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

No.23217 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against Akhilesh Kumar Singh and as the petitioners are the family members as such they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have been named only on the basis of suspicion.

Having heard both sides and in such view of the matter, let the petitioners surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on their surrender they will be released on provisional bail till submission of the chargesheet and once the charge-sheet is submitted, they will surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available at that time. Needless to say that petitioners had to co-operate in investigation, otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
