The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Moreover, the deceased himself in collusion with others tried to kill one Jai Kishore Singh for which an F.I.R. has also been lodged against the deceased by father of Jai Kishore Singh, which is evident from Annexure-

2. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 22.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019.
