2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023 registered under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner issued various sim cards without proper verification of documents and formalities.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved, in support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.82496 of 2023(6) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
