The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T.No.144/2018 arising out of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that the entire allegation levelled against the petitioner in the FIR is totally false, wrong and concocted. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Since the trial has already begun and some of the prosecution witnesses have been examined by now, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage.

No.71259 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Let the trial be expedited and the trial court shall ensure conclusion of trial as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties. The learned public prosecutor shall cooperate.
