Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case in between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
