The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Prosecution case, in short, is that one liter wine is recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that one liter wine is recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case.

No.70887 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Excise case No.353 of 2019 (Chewara P.S. case No.51 of 2019).
