The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 94/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354(B)/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it has been alleged that the petitioner had attacked the informant, the injuries which have been found on the person of the said informant are said to be simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance. It is further submitted that the other co-accused persons have also been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail and there is land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.71954 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 94/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
