The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 15 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.02.2018.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise Khagaria in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22745 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 with Khagaria Rail P.S Case No. 8/2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
