This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.23938 of 2017 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.50 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.23938 of 2017, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22033 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-2nd, Jamui, in connection with the aforesaid case subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. but due to pain in his both legs, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case within the stipulated time and prays to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case.

Let the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case be extended for a further period of six weeks from today.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.23938 of 2017 by this Court, this application stands disposed of.
