2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed the show cause (Annexure-5)

Patna High Court CWJC No.22458 of 2019(5) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 before the Director, Bihar School Examination Board vide letter no. 338 dated 21.05.2019 but till date no order has been passed.

3. Considering the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 The Director (Educational), Bihar School Examination Board, Budh Marg, Patna to dispose of the representation/show cause (Annexure-3) within a period of two months from today after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law.

4. Respondent no. 4 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
