This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Warisnagar P.S. Case No.203 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was found involved in planning to commit serious crime. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. 4.

The petitioner in custody since 02.10.2023.

He has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83994 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.203 of 2022.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Meenapur Police Station, District- Muzaffarpur on first Sunday of every month.
