JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45457 of 2017 with observation to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that six month period has already expired but trial has not been concluded. Heard learned A.P.P. and from perusal of the report it appears that the case is pending for evidence. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
