2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ignoring the guidelines of the State Election Authority, the polling booth is being fixed at the place, other than that mentioned in the guideline of the State Election Authority.

3. The petitioner may raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Patna who will decide the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably before commencement of the election.

4. Respondent No. 5 has appeared through vakalatnama. He may also put his stand before the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.17696 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 District Magistrate.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
