2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 110, 303(2), 351(2) and 352 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the FIR named accused persons who were variously armed with hockey sticks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77218 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 and tangi came at the chicken shop of one Ganesh and abused and assaulted the informant and his nephew causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would be apparent from the FIR that there is general and omnibus allegations against the present petitioners of hurling of abuses and the specific allegation of assault is upon Rajesh Choudhary and Bablu Choudhary causing injury to the informant's nephew.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State on the other hand vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact that there is no specific allegation of assault upon these petitioners and the same being specific against other co-accused persons, let the petitioners, having no criminal antecedents, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court concerned within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025, subject to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77218 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 3/3 conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
