Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mohania PS Case No.500 of 2017 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that five bags of wheat and electronic weighing machine were stolen by the petitioner and his identity was disclosed in CCTV footage.
Submission is that the CCTV footage has not been examined during investigation regarding its genuineness and the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2018.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rakesh Pal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22828 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Mohania PS Case No.500 of 2017.
