2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 392, 395, 412, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, while the informant was returning home by his motorcycle bearing Registration no. BR55B-8407, in the meantime, some unknown miscreants intercepted and snatched his motorcycle on pistol point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He is not named in the FIR. His name was transpired on the basis of confessinal statement of co-accused Shibu Kumar. Neither he

It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 17.9.2021. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused namely, Kamlesh Rai has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dt. 18.9.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30473 of 2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sheohar. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
