2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the husband of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute between the parties and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that there is delay of three days in filing the FIR and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82694 of 2023(3) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 injury report is not available. Similarly situated co-accused namely Kari Nishad @ Kari Mahto has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68538 of 2023. He further submits that although petitioner has nine criminal antecedents, out of which in six cases he is acquitted and in rest three cases he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2023.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Maranchi P.S.
