JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ujiarpur P.S.Case No. 154 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and his son and allegation against petitioner No.5 is of snatching gold chain.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners' side also received injuries.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24477 of 2018 (3) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stating that one of the injuries on son of the informant is grievous in nature.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, in connection with Ujiarpur P.S.Case No. 154 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioners have to co-operate in the investigation.
