The petitioner is in custody in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.67 of 2018, for the offenses under Sections 457, 380, 456, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the seizure list he submits that it does not bear the signature of the petitioner or any witnesses. The petitioner has remained in jail for nearly 2 1⁄2 months.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner or the independent witnesses, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23284 of 2018(3) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. IIIrd, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018. Bailors shall be the family members.
