ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2019, in connection with Special Case No. 3622 of 2019 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious and exclusive possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got only one another antecedent in which he has already been granted bail by the Court below. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
