This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one country made pistol with one live cartridge was recovered from his possession, but, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 25.02.2018. there were three persons riding on the motorcycle and recovery is shown from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
