JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief- (i) For issuance of an order, direction or a writ of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to provide uninterrupted Electricity Supply to the residential house of the petitioner situated at Saraiya Sadhu Chauk, Ward No. 03, P.S. Gopalganj, District Gopalganj.

(ii) For issuance of an order, direction or a writ of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to implement the order dated 10.05.2015 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Gopalganj in Complaint Case No. 03/2016 by which the learned Forum has inter alia, directed the respondent authorities to rectify the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Executive Engineer, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd, Gopalganj, Arar More, P.S. Gopalganj, District Gopalganj (Respondent No. 2) with a representation in the backdrop of the order dated 10.05.2016 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Gopalganj in Case No. 03/2016 (Annexure-P/1).

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-power company appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file a representation before the Executive Engineer, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd, Gopalganj, Arar More, P.S. Gopalganj, District Gopalganj (Respondent No. 2) for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
