Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No.1015 of 2017, registered under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that two mobiles of the informant were stolen, suspicion is raised that the vendor of the gas agency as committed the theft.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the vendor of the gas agency and recovered mobiles are his personal mobiles, moreover EMI number of stolen mobiles categorically mentioned in the FIR itself does not tally with the EMI numbers of the mobiles recovered from possession of the petitioner.

No.25605 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Pankaj Kumar @ Pankach Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No.1015 of 2017.
