2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barachatty P.S. Case No. 420 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, in course of going to natural call, the accused persons caught hold of the informant and his Gotani.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83662 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 On noise, their relatives ran towards them and in consequence thereof, the accused persons assaulted them, as a result of which, they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 420 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
