2. The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of writ/ writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to immediately

Patna High Court CWJC No.2183 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/3 relies the land of the petitioner which has been acquired by the respondent treated as a land which came under ceiling land;

(ii) for commanding the respondent as to why the purchase land of the petitioner has been acquired as a ceiling land;

(iii) for commanding the respondent to immediately free the land of the petitioner which has been treated as a ceiling land;

(iv) for any other writ/writs, order / orders/ direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. A bare perusal of the petition would show that that the important facts of the case is/are missing inasmuch, the petitioners have failed to mention even the land ceiling case number as also the year.

4. In that background, the petitioners prays for

5. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
