JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 S.I Arun Kumar Singh of Kishanpur Police Station as well as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul have sent their respective explanations. The stand of both the aforesaid officials is that the order of this Court shall not bring to their notice. Although both the aforesaid officials tried to show that they were not aware about the order of this Court but I am not at all satisfied and convinced with the above stated explanations of the concerned officials because the case status has been shown as bail in the document, which has been annexed by A.C.J.M-IV, Supaul with his explanation. Moreover, the matter is dropped giving warning to both the aforesaid officials to be more careful and cautious in future. This order be communicated to both the officials.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23944 of 2018 (4) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 Accordingly, matter is dropped.
