The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mainatand P.S.Case No. 133 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner along with others has kidnapped the informant's daughter for the purpose of marriage and it is alleged that informant's daughter was used to talk to someone else from mobile of the petitioner.

Submission is that only material transpired during investigation against petitioner is that informant's daughter used to talk one Sahagir Alam @ Jainuddin with the mobile of the petitioner and on that account, petitioner has been made accused in the present case and petitioner is a lady. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shakila Khatoon @ Retahi, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23644 of 2018(5) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bettiah, West Chamapran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017.
