2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 250 of 2025, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 came along with tractor and started destroying the house of informant. On protest, they tried

On hulla, brothers of the informant came to save her, then F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted him causing injury. The accused persons also looted away the valuables worth Rs. 3 lacs of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of six days. Both parties are neighbours. Injuries on the injured are simple in nature which do not corroborate with the allegation against the petitioners. Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 have no criminal antecedents whereas Petitioner No. 4 has two criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
