The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case no. 269 of 2019, registered under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 25.08.2019, Shindhu Devi & Prabhawati Devi, wife and mother-in-law of Awadh Kishore Mahto, brother of informant, along with three others named in the F.I.R. came at his house and started to abuse. At that time, Raj Kumar Mahto gave threatening on phone. Due to quarrel and threatening, Awadh Kishore Mahto, brother of informant, moved from there

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70699 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 towards Gangababa Asthan, in the east of the village, and committed suicide by hanging from Neem tree. The informant suspected that due to quarrel and abuse made by wife and inlaws, his brother Awadh Kishore Mahto committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not in-laws of deceased Awadh Kishore Mahto, rather, they are distinct relatives of his in-laws due to that reasons, they have falsely been implicated in this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
