The petitioner has been in custody since 13.11.2017 in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 250/17 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence, another case bearing Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017 was also registered for which the petitioner has been duly named. He further submits that in the said case, the petitioner has been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17261 of 2018 vide order dated 29.03.2018.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the occurrence is the same, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25102 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 250/17.
