The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Nanpur Case No. 543 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 363 of the IPC and later on, Section 302 of the IPC was added. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18141 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 05.01.2024, a status report has been received in respect of conclusion of trial dated 11.01.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of one year.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82405 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.
