The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Masrakh P.S.Case No407/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(30(a),38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..

As per FIR, there is recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the Community Hall and it is stated that the petitioner was in possession of that Community Hall.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession or from his house .

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that during the investigation it has come that the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
