ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels having regards to the fact that the petitioner had already made a representation dated 07.01.2021 (Annexure-P/3) ventilating his grievance to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda (respondent no.3).
2. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to pass necessary orders on the representation made by the petitioner duly taking into consideration the orders passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in G.R. No. 902/04/T.R. No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18524 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 905/19 dated 26.11.2019.
3. The authority shall endeavor to pass necessary orders on the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order.
4. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
