2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on 27.03.2025 at about 4 PM, the informant received an information that his son has been killed in his Auto by fire-arm at Chandi-Hathkatta Bara More. On receipt of such information, informant went there and saw the dead-body of his son with fire-arm injuries on head and chest. Informant believes that this petitioner, who is wife of deceased, in connivance with others, committed murder of his

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and has not disclosed the source of information as to how he came to know that this petitioner has committed the alleged offence. From perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that marriage between petitioner and deceased took place 20-21 years ago and from the said wedlock, three children were born, but only on vague suspicion, she has been made accused in this case, due to the fact that cases pertaining to matrimonial and property dispute are pending between the parties. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 14.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, nature of accusation and period of custody, the prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I,
