2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Andhrathadi P.S. Case No.41 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 354(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, all the accused persons including the petitioner misbehaved with the informant at her office and threatened her of dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR rather he has been roped in the present case because the wife of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80906 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner is an Aangan Bari Sewika and the petitioner was not present at the time of inspection of Aangan Bari Kendra.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, the petitioner is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rinki Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned court in connection with Andhrathadi P.S. Case No.41 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Purnendu Singh, J.) Ashishsingh/- Chn/- U
