Petitioner, apprehends his arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 338, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

Informant has alleged that on 21.10.2018 at about 10:30 A.M., there was some dispute between his wife (Sarita Devi) and Daulati Devi and Pinki Devi with respect to construction of chulha in the open space and as he returned after attending the call of nature petitioner broke the Chulha as a result of which there was scuffle and it is further alleged that petitioner inflicted khanti blow on his head as a result of which he sustained head injury and become unconscious.

No.75594 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of family feud and according to injury report informant has sustained only one injury which is simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure subject to verification that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
