Gautam, learned APP appearing for the State and also Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2/informant, Madhuri Kumari, through Video Conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75418 of 2019(8) dt.17-12-2020 2/2 the I.T. Act.

Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2/informant submits that after lodging the present case, marriage of opposite party no. 2/informant has already been performed with the petitioner, as such, opposite party no. 2/informant has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
