2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baktiyarpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioners are involved in manufacturing illicit liquor.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioners and when the police personnel reached at the place of occurrence, the petitioners fled away.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.
