2. This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents No. 3 to 6 to accept his membership fee of Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS) Nalsar and declare the petitioner, a member of the said Society.

3. It transpires that the election has been announced, and a Division Bench of this Court had the occasion to consider the similar circumstanced person in CWJC No. 22149 of 2019

Patna High Court CWJC No.23309 of 2019 dt.02-12-2019 2/2 which has been disposed of by an order dated 18.11.2019 with the following observation:- "If that were so, we are afraid, we cannot entertain the present petition and, therefore, dispose of the present writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise all issues before the concerned authorities in accordance with law".

4. Considering the above, this application also stands disposed of in terms of the observation made by the Division Bench as noted above.
